The Pulsar Turbo Systems PTX2867R 550HP Gen2 Ball Bearing Turbo is a high-performance upgrade designed to enhance engine output. It features a dual ceramic ball bearing system for optimal response and durability. The turbo is equipped with an 8-blade Gen2 billet compressor wheel utilizing Extended Tapered Tip Technology and an Inconel 713c 9-blade turbine wheel. This combination allows for a maximum airflow rate of approximately 45 lb/min, making it suitable for engines rated up to 550 FWHP. Key specifications include a 50x67mm compressor wheel and a 54x47mm turbine wheel. The compressor inlet is designed for a 3-inch hose, while the outlet is a 2-inch hose. The turbine inlet is a T25 .64 5-bolt configuration, and the outlet is a 5-bolt. This model features a stamped steel wastegate set at 11.6psi. For oil management, it has a -4 AN oil feed that connects to an oil restrictor and a standard T3 flange for the oil drain. The water in/outlet connections are M14x1.5, with water cooling highly recommended for improved longevity. This product is a universally applicable turbocharger. Buyers should carefully check the dimensions and connection types to ensure suitability for their specific vehicle. It comes with a V-Band flange kit for the exhaust housing and is backed by a 1-year warranty.
