Pulley Kit with Stainless Hub

The SPE Motorsport pulley kit is engineered to help 2023+ Raptor R owners achieve boost levels beyond the standard 11-12 PSI. This kit allows for easy pulley size changes, with options ranging from 2.27 to 3.2 inches. Each .100 smaller pulley size is designed to increase boost by approximately 1 PSI, depending on altitude. The core of the system is the SPE pulley, which utilizes a patent-pending CNC Convex Knurling Process (CKP). This machining method provides an optimal balance of belt grip and wear, offering varying grip under different belt loads. Unlike competitors' etched surfaces, the CKP does not degrade, ensuring consistent performance and better track times or dyno numbers. The kit includes a lightweight hub, available in stainless steel or titanium (the lightest option on the market), and hardware bolts also offered in both materials. Titanium bolts come in various anodized colors like black, blue, bronze, and green, while stainless steel is available in polished. The kit comes with the pulley, stainless hub, hardware, a blower shaft holding tool, and a custom hub socket. Anaerobic sealant is required for installation, and specific belt sizing is recommended based on pulley size and idler configuration.
