The Jabsco 6400-0051 is a Half Cam Standard Shaft Engine Cooling Pump, featuring bronze construction, a Neoprene Impeller, and a Carbon/Ceramic Mechanical Seal. It has 1-1/4 Inch NPT Internal Ports and is a bare shafted pedestal pump end only. This flexible impeller pump provides a nominal flow rate of 235 Litres/min (62 gallons/min) at 1750rpm and primes efficiently at low or high speeds. It requires a minimum of 800 RPM for a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet (3.0mm) and can achieve up to 22 feet (6.7m) when wetted (ensure airtight suction lines for self-priming). The Neoprene impeller is suitable for water and general-purpose pumping; for water containing oil, a Nitrile impeller is recommended. This pump combines positive displacement priming with centrifugal transfer capabilities, handling thin or viscous liquids and solids in suspension without clogging.
