The Allstar Performance Punch and Flare Tool is a specialized fabrication tool that simplifies the process of creating professional-grade openings in metal panels. By punching the hole and flaring the edges in one efficient operation, it provides increased structural rigidity to the surrounding metal while leaving a smooth, clean finish. This makes it an essential tool for shop fabrication, such as creating vents or lightening holes in spoiler sides and various other sheet metal components. Constructed from heavy-duty steel and finished with a durable black paint, this tool is built to withstand repeated use. Please note that the resulting hole diameter is increased by approximately 1/8 inch when the edge is flared. The tool is versatile enough to either punch new holes or flare existing ones, providing flexibility for custom automotive fabrication projects.
