Description

The Rockford Fosgate P3D2-10 is the flagship subwoofer from the Punch P3 series, designed for superior audio performance. This 10-inch subwoofer is equipped with dual 2-ohm voice coils, capable of handling 500 watts RMS and 1000 watts peak power. Constructed with an anodized aluminum cone and dustcap, and a Santoprene surround, the P3D2-10 offers durability and excellent sound reproduction. Its hybrid StampCast basket provides exceptional strength while minimizing weight and resonance, contributing to reduced unwanted vibrations. Installation is made easier with the FlexFit basket design, which allows for fine-tuning of the mounting position. The subwoofer also features a custom 10-AWG nickel-plated push terminals and accommodates an optional grille insert with the included diamond-cut cast aluminum trim ring. It requires specific enclosure volumes, with a recommended sealed box volume of 0.5 to 0.75 cubic feet and a ported box volume of 1.4 cubic feet.
