The Rockford Fosgate P1692 Punch series speaker is engineered as a premium, direct-fit factory replacement for 6x9 inch openings. The speaker boasts a 2-way coaxial design, incorporating a PEI dome tweeter with an Integrated Concealed Crossover (ICC) that eliminates the need for external crossover boxes, simplifying installation. Constructed with an injection-molded, mineral-filled polypropylene cone and a durable butyl rubber surround, the P1692 is built for high output and precise frequency response. The frequency range spans from 60Hz to 22kHz with a sensitivity of 91dB at 1W/1M. The speaker's nominal impedance is 4-Ohm, and it can handle 75 watts RMS power or 150 watts maximum. The unique FlexFit basket design features slotted mounting holes, providing flexibility for alignment with various factory speaker locations, ensuring a better fit. Included with the pair of speakers are grilles and all necessary mounting hardware, making the installation process straightforward.
