Overview

The Molnar Pure Performance connecting rod set is designed for Subaru EZ30 H6 engines. These I-beam connecting rods are crafted from a single piece of 4340 billet forging for maximum strength. They are CNC machined and heat-treated to Rockwell C38-45, then fully shot peened for enhanced fatigue life.

This set includes ARP 2000 Series bolts rated to 220,000 PSI and features aluminum-bronze wrist pin bushings. The rods are balanced end-to-end to within a +/- 1 gram tolerance per set, with bore diameters held to a tolerance of +/- 0.0001 inches. These connecting rods are intended for extreme horsepower and RPM applications where no compromise is acceptable.

The Molnar Pure Performance Subaru EZ30 H6 Ultimate I-Beam Connecting Rod Set is engineered for high-performance applications demanding extreme horsepower and RPMs without compromise. Each connecting rod is meticulously crafted from a one-piece 4340 billet forging, ensuring superior strength and durability. The manufacturing process involves 100% CNC profiling, drilling, and tapping, with bore diameters precisely maintained to within +/- 0.0001 inches. The rods are heat-treated to Rockwell C38-45 and fully shot peened to significantly increase fatigue life. For added reliability, the set includes ARP 2000 Series bolts, rated to 220,000 PSI, and utilizes aluminum-bronze wrist pin bushings for smooth operation.
