Description

The Pure Turbos Pure1000 turbo upgrade provides a significant performance increase for Mercedes-AMG vehicles equipped with 4.0L M177 or M178 twin-turbo V8 engines. This kit features high-flow components, including upgraded billet compressor wheels and larger turbine wheels, housed in reinforced, OEM-spec aftermarket housings to ensure reliable operation at high performance levels. Each pair is VSR high-speed balanced to maintain precision and minimize vibration under extreme RPM conditions. Installation requires a custom tune to safely realize the full potential of the upgrade, which is capable of supporting 900+ wheel horsepower depending on fuel type and supporting hardware. Fitment is specific to 2015-2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 S (W205) and 2015-2021 Mercedes-AMG GT, GT S, and GT R (C190/R190) models. The kit includes a limited 1-year unlimited-mile warranty. Proper operation depends on correct installation and the addition of necessary supporting performance modifications.
