PURE900 Turbocharger

The Pure Turbos PURE900 turbocharger upgrade is engineered for enhanced performance on select Mercedes-Benz models. Specifically designed to fit Mercedes-AMG vehicles with the 5.5L M157 twin-turbocharged V8 engine and Mercedes-Benz models with the 4.7L M278 twin-turbocharged V8 engine, this upgrade is capable of supporting over 800 wheel horsepower (WHP). This turbocharger upgrade features an upgraded billet compressor wheel and a high-flow turbine wheel, aimed at increasing airflow and power output. The PURE900 is designed as a direct fit for model years 2011-2019 for M157 AMG engines and 2011-2020 for M278 engines. It is important to note that while the M278 and M157 engines are related, their turbochargers are engine-specific due to differences in manifold designs and compressor sizes. Supporting modifications and tuning are often necessary to take full advantage of these turbo upgrades. A TCU tune may be required to properly utilize the increased power.
