PureFlow AirDog II-5G 89-93 Dodge 12V 5.9L Cummins DF-100-5G Fuel Air Separation System

This is the AirDog® II-5G DF-100 fuel system for the 1989-1993 Dodge Ram 12V VE-44 5.9L Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and factory, block mounted, fuel pump. The AirDog® Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks. The II-5G Cummins fuel pump features a fully adjustable (7-55psi) integrated diaphragm pressure regulator, offering more consistent fuel pressure and allowing for higher flow rates. It can also be boost compensated to battle any pressure drops under open throttle (boost compensation kits sold separately). The AirDog 5G also includes an updated 12 gauge wiring harness with Metri-Pack 280 connectors, which allows for higher current flow without creating excessive heat.
