PureFlow AirDog II-5G 92-00 Chevrolet 6.5L Diesel DF-165-5G Fuel Air Separation System

The AirDog II-5G is an all-in-one premium fuel pump and filtration system designed for 1992-2000 Chevrolet/GMC 6.5L Duramax diesel engines. This system removes water, particulates, and entrained air from diesel fuel, delivering it to the engine at the correct pressure and flow rate to meet engine demands under all operating conditions. The system features a built-in adjustable diaphragm pressure regulator, preset at 8-10 psi from the factory for stock applications, and adjustable up to 55 psi for fine-tuning with performance upgrades. It supports moderate to high horsepower levels and flows 165 Gallons Per Hour (GPH). The design includes a 4-bearing design with an intermediate shaft to reduce pump noise and increase reliability, a low flow fuel return to reduce aeration in the tank, demand flow technology, and a dual feed for the Gerotor Pump to decrease cavitation.
