PureFlow AirDog II-5G 94-98 Dodge 12V 5.9L Cummins DF-100-5G Fuel Air Separation System

The AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G is a complete frame-mounted fuel air separation system designed for 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L Cummins P-Pump 12V trucks. It delivers cleaner, more stable, air-free diesel fuel to the Bosch P7100 injection pump. This system combines fuel delivery, water separation, particulate filtration, and air and vapor removal into one assembly. It features an integrated diaphragm fuel pressure regulator for improved adjustability and flow, larger internal porting to reduce cavitation, upgraded 12-gauge wiring, and Metri-Pack 280 connectors. The system mounts to the frame rail, connects to the factory suction fitting, and sends regulated fuel directly to the P-Pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and pump. It is a 100 GPH system intended for stock fuel demand trucks and aims to protect the injection pump, improve drivability, and support dependable engine performance by providing consistent fuel pressure and removing air, water, and debris.
