PureFlow AirDog II-5G 98.5-04 Dodge 24V 5.9L Cummins (w/o Pump) DF-100-5G Fuel Air Separation System

This is the AirDog® II-5G DF-100 fuel system designed for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram VP-44 and early CP3 5.9L engines that do not have an in-tank fuel pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using a supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side connects to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module, while the pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and block-mounted fuel pump. The AirDog® Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank via a filler neck tee. This is a 100 GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system suitable for stock fuel trucks. The AirDog II-5G systems remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 microns from diesel fuel, which helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower, and torque, and extends the life of injection system parts. The AirDog® II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization and uses the same reliable, quiet 4G motor technology. It also retains the "Demand Flow" feature of older AirDog II variants, where any fuel not consumed by the injection system is recirculated back through the filter base. An all-inclusive installation kit is provided.
