The Velvac Push-Lock Air Brake Fitting is a male branch swivel tee designed for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing. It features a composite body with a brass pipe fitting end. This fitting meets DOT 49 CFR 571.106 compliance and SAE J1131 performance requirements.

With a temperature range of -45°F to +140°F and a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi, it offers a robust solution for air brake systems. The built-in swivel feature on the male branch fitting allows for easy positioning, while the engineered tube retention system and seal design ensure superior holding and side load retention. It also includes a positive release bushing for simple tubing insertion and removal, and thread sealant is pre-applied to all male pipe threads.
