Description

The COMP Cams 4609 is a pushrod designed for Small Block Chevrolet engines. It features a roller tip and steel construction to prevent fuel pump lobe damage when used with austempered ductile iron and billet steel camshafts. This pushrod is essential when running a high-pressure fuel pump with a steel roller cam core, as stock pushrods are incompatible and can lead to damage.

This part is CAR.B. Exempt for racing and off-road only vehicles, as well as federally certified, California certified, and foreign vehicles manufactured before specific years, provided they meet tailpipe emission standards. It is also exempt for on-road vehicles with no impact on pollution output.
