Overview

The BTR pushrod set is a set of 16 one-piece pushrods made from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing. They are centerless ground to exacting tolerances and case hardened to Rc 60. The ball ends are machined to a tolerance of plus or minus .001in. The pushrods are laser-etched with the part number and specifications and have a black oxide finish.

BTR's Chromoly One-Piece Pushrods are precision-formed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, designed for durability and performance in engine applications. These pushrods feature a .080" wall thickness and a 5/16" diameter, with a length of 7.400". Each pushrod is centerless ground to exacting tolerances and case hardened to Rc 60 for enhanced strength and longevity. The ball ends are machined to a tight tolerance of +/- .001 inch, ensuring precise valve train operation. The pushrods are finished with a black oxide coating and laser-etched with the part number and specifications for easy identification. This set includes 16 pushrods, suitable for a complete engine build. It is crucial to measure for the correct pushrod length using the specified method, not just overall length, as detailed in the provided measurement guide. These pushrods are legal for sale and use in all 50 states, including California, as they do not require an Emissions Executive Order (EO). Replacement parts are included.
