The Dynojet PV AutoTune Kit provides a comprehensive solution for optimizing the performance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles equipped with the MT22 ECU and a Dynojet Power Vision tuner. This kit enables real-time auto-tuning by utilizing dual Bosch wideband O2 sensors to continuously monitor exhaust gases and transmit accurate Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR) data to your Power Vision tuner. This allows for automatic adjustment of your engine's VE tables, ensuring peak performance across all riding conditions without manual mapping. Key features include its specific engineering for Harley-Davidson MT22 ECUs, dual Bosch wideband sensors for precise monitoring, and the inclusion of two weld-in O2 sensor bungs for straightforward exhaust fitment. The kit facilitates hands-free, real-time tuning, allowing you to ride and tune simultaneously for optimal performance at every RPM and throttle position. Installation tips recommend welding the bungs into exhaust pipes at a 9 to 3 o'clock position with a 10° incline for moisture protection, securely mounting the Autotune module, and routing cables away from heat and moving parts. This kit offers greater accuracy than OEM narrowband sensors, leading to more effective and safer tuning, ultimately improving horsepower and torque.
