The Precision Turbo & Engine PW39 is a 39mm external wastegate engineered for automotive enthusiasts seeking to maximize performance from their turbocharged vehicles. Constructed from premium materials, the PW39 features high-grade, high-temperature stainless steel and billet aluminum components. Its valve body is made from 347 stainless investment cast for consistent performance and accurate boost control without fatigue. The internal valve is crafted from a Nickel Chromium Alloy, and the wastegate includes five distinct 17-7 precipitation hardened springs, allowing for precise adjustment of boost levels. The flange configuration is a standard bolt-style for straightforward mounting, and it sports a satin black anodized finish with a 6061 aluminum billet cap. The PW39 external wastegate is designed as a direct-fit replacement for many existing units on the market. It is compatible with most aftermarket manual or electronic boost controllers, simplifying integration into existing setups. This wastegate is covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile limited warranty against manufacturer's defects.
