Constructed with high-grade, high-temperature stainless steel and billet aluminum components, it ensures optimal strength, style, and functionality. Key features include an internal Nickel Chromium Alloy valve for precise boost regulation and a 347 stainless investment cast valve body designed to prevent fatigue and failure while maintaining accurate boost control. The PW39 is engineered to be a direct-fit replacement for existing wastegates and is compatible with most aftermarket manual or electronic boost controllers, simplifying integration into your existing setup. This wastegate boasts a satin black anodized finish over a 6061 aluminum billet cap and features a standard bolt-style flange configuration for straightforward mounting. It comes with three different 17-7 precipitation hardened springs, allowing for further adjustment of boost levels to suit specific performance needs. The inlet and outlet flanges are made of stainless steel, and all necessary clamps for installation are included.
