Overview

The Precision Turbo & Engine PW46 is a 46mm external wastegate designed for turbocharged applications. It features a 347 stainless investment cast valve body and a durable Nickel Chromium Alloy valve to provide consistent, accurate boost control.

This unit is equipped with a black anodized wastegate cap and high-temperature 17-7 precipitation hardened springs. It utilizes a standard clamp-style flange for mounting and is compatible with most aftermarket boost controllers.

The Precision Turbo & Engine PW46 is a 46mm external wastegate designed to provide accurate and consistent boost control for a variety of turbocharged vehicles. The valve body is made from 347 stainless investment casting to prevent fatigue, while the internal valve consists of a robust Nickel Chromium Alloy. Key technical specifications include a satin black anodized finish, a 6061 aluminum billet cap, and a Kevlar-reinforced silicone diaphragm for reliable operation. The wastegate includes five different 17-7 precipitation-hardened springs, allowing enthusiasts to adjust boost pressure levels across a wide range. It is configured for a 1 3/4-inch discharge pipe and a 1 7/8-inch inlet pipe. This wastegate is designed as a direct-fit replacement for various units on the market and uses a standard clamp-style flange configuration for easy installation. It is compatible with most aftermarket manual or electronic boost controllers. The product includes all necessary hardware, such as flanges and clamps, and comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile manufacturer warranty.
