The Precision Turbo & Engine PW46 is a 46mm external wastegate engineered to deliver consistent boost control for turbocharged cars, trucks, and custom builds. Built for durability and performance, it features a 347 stainless steel investment cast valve body and a Nickel Chromium Alloy valve designed to resist fatigue. The assembly is housed in a satin black anodized finish with a 6061 aluminum billet cap, utilizing a standard clamp-style flange for straightforward installation. The wastegate is fully adjustable and includes five different 17-7 precipitation-hardened springs to allow for precise tuning of boost levels. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for many common market units, the PW46 is compatible with most aftermarket manual and electronic boost controllers. Each unit includes the necessary installation clamps and is backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile manufacturer's warranty against defects.
