The PTE PW46 external wastegate is a universal-fit component engineered to provide precise boost regulation for high-performance turbocharged applications. Its construction utilizes a 347 stainless steel investment cast valve body to prevent fatigue and failure under high-heat conditions, paired with a Nickel Chromium Alloy internal valve for long-term durability. The unit features a dual-port top cap machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a satin black anodized finish, supporting various installation configurations. It includes five distinct 17-7 precipitation hardened springs to allow for extensive boost level adjustability and is compatible with most aftermarket manual or electronic boost controllers. The wastegate is designed as a direct-fit replacement for many common units on the market and comes complete with all necessary flanges, clamps, and hardware for installation.
