The David Appleby Engineering (DAE) x PWR radiator is a direct replacement for the original radiator assembly in several Aston Martin models. This unit is the latest generation, offering an upgrade over earlier versions that featured plastic end tanks, now constructed with improved materials for enhanced durability and cooling performance. This aluminum radiator is specifically designed to fit the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage (all years and models), Vanquish (all years), DB9, and V8 Vantage models. For the DB9 and V8 Vantage, it is suitable for models up to approximately the end of 2008, particularly the 4.3L V8 cars. A key detail for V8 Vantage owners is that this radiator uses conventional worm drive (Jubilee) clips for hose attachment, which can be confirmed by examining the provided close-up picture. Later V8 and DB9 models with clip-on hoses may require a different radiator, available in separate listings. It is important to note that when replacing the radiator, you will also need to replace all associated foam seals for optimal performance. The manufacturer, DAE x PWR, indicates this unit is an interchange for Aston Martin part number 32-121574-AD, aiming to provide a higher quality and better-fitting product than the original AML supplied part.
