Increases torque multiplication and stall speeds for a full race feel. Designed for '62-'73 Powerglide transmissions. Stall speeds: Small Blocks: 3500-3800 RPM, Big Blocks: 3800-4000 RPM. Features Anti-Balloon Plate.
