The TiAL Q 50mm Blow Off Valve represents the pinnacle of blow-off valve technology, offering a significant upgrade for turbocharged and supercharged vehicles. As the latest generation from TiAL, it boasts the highest flow rate on the market, achieving a staggering 60% increase over the original design by blowing off more air per cycle. This enhanced performance contributes to improved long-term reliability of your turbo system. Constructed from premium 6061 aluminum alloy, the Q features a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. Its robust design includes a Viton O-ring valve seal, a Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated valve stem and guide for superior wear resistance, and a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm in the actuator for extended durability. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp ensures a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation, while Stainless Steel hardware resists corrosion. This valve is capable of supporting up to 1,800 horsepower and includes an 11 psi spring, with other spring pressures available for different vacuum levels and a specialized spring for supercharged applications. The Q series bolts directly onto any standard TiAL or similar blow-off valve flange, eliminating the need for re-welding charge pipes. Each unit comes complete with the TiAL Q BOV assembly, a TiAL V-band clamp, V-band weld flange, TiAL air fitting, and a high-pressure O-ring. This blow-off valve is available in various anodized aluminum colors, including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black.
