Q 50mm Blow-Off Valve

Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy, the Q BOV features a high-temperature silicone, Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for durability. Its PTFE-lubricated, hard anodize-coated valve stem and guide ensure long-term wear resistance. The V-band design aluminum mounting clamp and included aluminum weld base flange (cut for 2-1/2 inch pipe) allow for universal fitment onto any standard TiAL flange without re-welding. A machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting with an oversized 10mm hose barb provides quick actuator response. This blow-off valve is available with multiple spring options (2, 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12 PSI), including a dedicated spring for supercharged applications. The spring ratings reflect idle vacuum level rather than boost pressure. For optimal performance, a direct 1/4 inch inner diameter boost reference line to the intake manifold is required; smaller lines or T-fittings can cause delayed response. The TiAL Q is available in five anodized finishes: black, red, purple, silver, and blue. Note: Swapping from a factory electronic diverter valve to this externally actuated TiAL Q may trigger a P0035 check engine light on some vehicles. This light does not affect drivability or performance but indicates the absence of the OE electronic valve.
