Q 50mm Blow Off Valve

The TiAL Sport Blow Off Valve (Q 50mm BOV) represents the first revision of the original TiAL BOV, offering enhanced performance and a direct bolt-on fit to any standard TiAL flange without re-welding. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy, the body and internal components are built for durability. It boasts a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve and includes a 10 PSI spring. The unique V-Band mounting clamp provides a clean aesthetic with stainless steel hardware for longevity and corrosion resistance. The valve seal is secured by a Viton O-ring to prevent sticking or pulling out, while the Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated valve stem and guide ensure wear resistance. This high-flowing blow-off valve is designed to support up to 1,800 horsepower. It comes complete with a V-band clamp, a TiAL air fitting, a high-pressure O-ring, and an oversized 10mm hose barb fitting for quick actuator response. The actuator features a high-temperature, Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm for extended service life. Through extensive R&D, its design achieves a staggering 60% increase in flow compared to the original, enabling more air to be released per cycle.
