Q Blow-Off Valve

It is compatible with all standard 2.5-inch TiAL V-band weld flanges, with direct bolt-on replacement for existing TiAL Sport Q or original TiAL BOV installations. The Q Blow Off Valve boasts a 50.5mm (51mm nominal) valve diameter and is capable of a maximum flow of 220 lb/min, supporting up to 1,800 horsepower. The body, internals, and banjo air fitting are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, ensuring durability. It features a Nomex-reinforced, high-temperature silicone actuator diaphragm and a clamped Viton O-ring valve seal that resists heat, boost pressure, and chemical exposure. The hard-anodized, Teflon-lubricated valve stem ensures smooth and consistent operation. The included 10 PSI spring is recommended for most turbocharged builds operating in the 10-25 PSI boost range. For applications with lower boost pressures or vacuum-referenced systems, Tial offers alternative spring rates sold separately. It is important to note that this blow-off valve is not intended for use with modern 1.5T or 2.0T Honda/Acura turbocharged engines. Installation includes a V-band clamp, a weld-on flange designed for 2.5-inch intercooler piping, and a banjo-style air fitting with a 10mm hose barb for precise boost signal response.
