Q Blow-Off Valve

It is engineered to provide the highest flow rate available in a 50mm blow-off valve, capable of supporting up to 1,800 horsepower. This valve is specifically intended for use in turbo-charged and super-charged applications. By eliminating compressor back pressure during gearshifts or off-throttle situations, the TiAL Q promotes quicker boost response. This functionality not only enhances performance but also contributes to the overall lifespan of the turbocharger by mitigating detrimental compressor surge thrust loads. The internal components and body are precisely CNC-machined from durable 6061 aluminum alloy. This high-flowing blow-off valve comes standard equipped with an 11 psi spring, provided in silver. Additional spring pressures to accommodate various vacuum levels are available via special order. The integration of the TiAL Sport Q allows for a more active compression mode for the turbocharger during these critical moments, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
