QA1's EXF Carbon Steel Series female rod ends have increased cross-sectional thickness and are completely self-sealing and self-lubricating. The Nylon/PTFE injection molded race won't pound out like other styles and keeps dirt and debris out for excellent performance. The QA1 EXFR16-1 is a female rod end featuring a carbon loader slot design and increased cross-sectional thickness. It is constructed from high-strength carbon steel, offering an economical alternative to alloy or chromoly steel.

The rod end is designed with a reinforced Nylon injection-molded race that incorporates self-lubricating PTFE, which helps to prevent pounding out and keep dirt and debris from affecting performance. This construction provides metal-to-metal support for heavy shock loads and smooth operation for low loads.
