QL SUS KIT 70-81FIRE DA SHOCKS

This Detroit Speed QuadraLink Rear Suspension Kit provides a significant upgrade from original leaf spring suspension systems. It features a unique 4-link geometry designed for optimal handling and utilizes Detroit Speed's exclusive "Swivel-Link™" (Patent No. 7,398,984) for full articulation without binding. This system avoids noisy and short-lived heim-joints, instead employing tuned high-durometer rubber bushings. The long upper links ensure excellent pinion and u-joint angle control, while the adjustable panhard rod offers precise rear axle lateral location and roll center control during cornering. The kit also includes a rear upper shock crossmember to reinforce the body and frame. It comes with Double Adjustable Shocks, which are JRI's race-winning shocks, offering independent adjustments for precise tuning for both street comfort and track performance. The kit specifies a spring rate of 250 lbs/in and a spring free length of 8 inches. If ordering without axle brackets, a 3" axle tube is required for installation.
