Description

The QMAX Coolant Reroute is a performance upgrade for 1990-2005 Mazda MX-5 Miata models. This modification significantly reduces coolant temperatures, preventing the stock ECU from reducing ignition timing due to heat.

The reroute housing and thermostat cover are constructed from durable 7075 T-6 aluminum. The kit features internally machined surfaces to maximize coolant velocity and efficiency. It retains the OEM coolant temp sensor location and includes two spare 1/8 NPT ports for aftermarket sensors. All essential hardware is made of stainless steel for longevity. This kit is fully turbo compatible and has been competition proven on high-performance Miatas.
