QR 34mm Recirculating Blow-Off Valve

The TiAL QR is a high-performance recirculating blow-off valve designed as a derivative of the popular TiAL Q model. This QR valve features a 34mm (1.34") recirculating outlet, making it compatible with a wide range of turbocharged and supercharged applications, including most DSM, Evolution, 3000GT/Stealth, and some Subaru models. Constructed with precision, the body and all internal components of the QR valve are CNC-machined from a durable 6061 aluminum alloy. It incorporates a large 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve for efficient airflow management. The unique V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp ensures a clean appearance and uses Stainless Steel hardware for corrosion resistance. The valve seal utilizes a clamped Viton O-ring to prevent sticking, and the Teflon-lubricated, hard anodized-coated stem and guide ensure wear resistance. This blow-off valve includes a TiAL machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator features a high-temp silicone, Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for extended durability. The QR valve also comes with a TiAL V-Band clamp and a V-Band weld flange for 2.5" tube intercooler pipes, with options for aluminum, mild steel, or stainless steel flanges. It is available in various color anodized aluminum finishes: Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. Spring pressure is selected based on idle vacuum, not desired boost level.
