QuadSpark 4-Channel Ignition Module

The AMP EFI QuadSpark Ignition Module V2 is engineered for robust ignition control in demanding, high-performance applications. It boasts an upgraded design housed within a compact, durable aluminum case, featuring a DT-style connector for secure connections. This versatile module is capable of firing up to four ignition coils independently, ensuring precise control over your engine's ignition system. Its reliability is further enhanced by the integration of Ecospark IGBTs for the main drivers. The QuadSpark is ideally suited for sequential coil-per-plug ignition systems on engines with up to 4 cylinders. It can also be effectively used for wasted spark configurations on 6 to 8 cylinder engines. For engines requiring more ignition channels, two QuadSpark modules can enable sequential coil-per-plug ignition for up to 8 cylinders or support wasted spark for 10 to 16 cylinders. Adding a third module extends sequential coil-per-plug support to 12 cylinders. This ignition module demonstrates broad compatibility, working with various coils such as the IGN-1, IGN-4, and IGN-6. It is also suitable for use with OEM distributor-less ignitions found in many Ford, BMW, and Chrysler coil-on-plug setups. Beyond its primary ignition control function, the QuadSpark can also be utilized to drive relays via spare logic-level ECU outputs, adding to its versatile application potential.
