QUIET FLOW MUFFLER

The Walker Quiet-Flow® SS muffler assembly is made from 100% corrosion-resistant stainless steel, offering a longer life than aluminized mufflers. It features an internal drainage system to reduce moisture collection and a direct-fit bolt-on replacement design with OE-style hangers and brackets for easy installation. It is designed for OE-style sound and fit. The internal tubes are mechanically joined to the partition to allow expansion and contraction during temperature changes. It has spun-locked heads and OE-style spot welds for structural stability and longer service life. Acoustic and exhaust gas flow tested for quality and delivers an OE-style sound. The design incorporates bridge construction and durable internal partitions for structural strength, and the inner shell and outer cover locks are installed 180° apart for special sturdiness. It utilizes a three-tube design and OE-style louvered tube technology with CRF (Continuous Roving Fiberglass) for premium, factory-like acoustic performance and quieter tone. The drainage system inside the muffler prevents condensate acids from accumulating.
