R Series Clutch Kit

The JHM R Series Clutch Kit is engineered for the Audi S4 B6 (2003-2005) and B7 (2005.5-2009) models equipped with the 4.2L V8 40v engine. This kit includes a JHM R Series pressure plate, a throwout bearing, pressure plate to flywheel bolts, and a clutch alignment tool. Customers can select from three distinct clutch disc materials to suit their performance needs: the Stage 1 R for balanced daily driveability and torque capacity, the Stage 3 R for enhanced durability and performance during repeated hard pulls, or the Stage 5 R, a 6-puck ceramic disc designed for maximum aggression and power handling, even used in a record-setting B7-RS4. Installation of the JHM R Series clutch kit requires a 500-mile break-in period. During this time, it is crucial to engage in city driving with frequent starts and stops to properly seat the clutch material. Avoid any racing, launching, or aggressive driving that generates significant heat until the break-in period is complete. The kit is proudly made in the USA.
