R/T Oversize CVT Kit

The Stage6 R/T Oversize CVT Kit is a performance transmission system designed for Piaggio long arm engines, essential for racing and mid-race applications. This comprehensive kit includes a complete Stage6 R/T Oversize Variator, the "R/T Stage6 Torque Boost" torque driver kit, and an R/T Stage6 Oversize belt. The variator features revised roller ramps, optimized for R/T engines and using 19x15.5mm weights. This design ensures more consistent RPM during the acceleration phase. Precise surface angles are achieved through CNC technology, and the ramp plate's center zone has been reinforced. A sintered guide piece provides optimal lubrication. Unlike conventional torque drivers made of steel, this oversize version is constructed from two forged aluminum halves that bolt to a guide piece. These halves are CNC machined, ensuring high precision and optimal surface angles. Special attention has been paid to achieving ideal surface roughness, which significantly influences quality and characteristic retention. The modular construction offers advantages such as reduced heat generation, lower weight, and the ability to replace individual worn parts. All CNC-machined parts are sealed with a thick ceramic coating to preserve surface characteristics and roughness for extended durability.
