R/T Oversize Drive Belt

The Stage6 R/T Oversize Drive Belt is a high-performance, reinforced racing V-belt specifically engineered for use with oversize variators. Developed primarily for the Stage6 Oversize CVT system, this belt is also compatible with other overrange torque drivers and variator setups, such as the Malossi Overrange, to support tuned engines in both drag and circuit racing applications. Constructed with a unique compound and reinforced with polyamide fibers, the belt offers superior grip and efficient power transmission. Measuring 18.6 x 10 x 805 mm with a 30-degree angle, this component is designed for long Piaggio engine configurations, including models like the NRG, Typhoon, Runner, and Stalker. Proper maintenance is essential for peak performance; the manufacturer recommends replacing the belt every 10,000 to 20,000 km to prevent slippage due to wear. Installation is relatively straightforward, though it requires the use of a piston stopper and a blocking tool to safely remove the CVT cover and clutch bell. Please note that a new belt may exhibit temporary slippage during its initial run-in period.
