R2650 Supercharger Kit

The Roush Performance R2650 Supercharger Kit, Phase 1, is engineered to transform your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8 engine into a powerhouse. This system leverages a TVS R2650 (2.65L) roots-type positive displacement supercharger, which provides instant throttle response and increased power across the entire RPM range, unlike turbocharging. It boosts output to an impressive 705 horsepower and 635 lb-ft of torque, adding over 300 horsepower to the stock engine. Included in the kit is a ROUSH calibration, downloadable via ROUSH RDT software, which is optimized for 93 octane fuel but compatible with 91 octane. This calibration also removes the cylinder deactivation feature for consistent power delivery. For enhanced durability and to manage the increased torsional inputs from the added power, the kit features a billet aluminum viscous crankshaft damper and uniquely developed spark plugs designed specifically for supercharged applications to mitigate pre-ignition risks. The kit also boasts a 107% larger low-temp radiator, doubling the cooling capacity of previous Roush radiators to ensure sustained peak performance. The supercharger system has undergone extensive testing, including over 900 hours of dyno durability testing and hot-weather validation, to meet Roush's stringent engine durability requirements. Installation is recommended to be performed by a professional due to the mechanical expertise required, with an estimated installation time of a full weekend. The kit is designed for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine and specifically *not* compatible with models featuring the Pro Power Onboard system (dual alternator setup).
