R3+ ECU Programmer for M177 Engine

The RENNtech R3+ Performance Package is a high-output performance suite specifically engineered for the Mercedes-AMG S 63 (W222) models equipped with the 4.0L V8 BiTurbo M177 engine. This stage-based system includes a proprietary ECU upgrade module, Stage II turbochargers with lightweight forged billet wheels, 304 stainless steel downpipes with 200-cell sport catalytic converters, TCU and CPC upgrades, a fuel management system, blow-off valves, an exhaust valve module, and BMC air filters. The package delivers up to 1017 HP and 871 LB-FT of crank torque when using 100 octane fuel, or 965 HP and 817 LB-FT with 93 octane gasoline. Note that 93+ octane fuel is mandatory for this upgrade; performance numbers are dependent on fuel quality, and states with poor fuel quality may require a lower-power setup. Installation requires professional handling, and the system is designed to operate in sync to maximize performance across the 5,500 to 7,000 RPM range. Owners should be aware that with performance tunes exceeding 850 HP, RENNtech strongly recommends replacing the factory connecting rods with their upgraded, stronger version to prevent potential engine failure.
