The Supertech short intake valves are precision-engineered components for R32 24V VR6 engines. Each valve is forged from a single piece of stainless steel, a process that enhances material grain flow for improved performance and reliability. The head undergoes a two-step forging for further optimization. These valves are CNC machined to exact dimensions, ensuring perfect fitment and function. A subsequent heat treatment and nitride hardening process imbues them with increased strength and durability, critical for withstanding the rigors of high-performance engines. Supertech's patented Superfinishing process is applied to the entire surface, eliminating imperfections and guaranteeing precise measurements. This set includes six short intake valves.
