R32 Short Runner Intake Manifold

The CTS Turbo R32 Short Runner Intake Manifold is an essential upgrade for any high-power VW MK4 R32 turbo project. Constructed from durable aluminum, it is built to withstand extreme boost pressures, a capability beyond the stock plastic manifold. This is the same quality component utilized in the CTS stage 4 R32 turbo kit, rigorously tested to support over 700 horsepower. Installation of this manifold requires specific considerations. Due to its large plenum size, you will need to clearance the radiator support and radiator fans. Additionally, modification to one of the throttle body mounting holes is necessary. Gaskets are not included; HS Tuning gaskets (HST-HPA-001 for the intake manifold and HSTR32TBG for the throttle body) are recommended. Vacuum and boost ports will need to be drilled and tapped according to your specific build, and fittings are not supplied. This intake manifold is specifically designed for the VW Mk4 R32 (2004) with the 3.2L VR6 engine. It is explicitly stated that this part does not fit the Audi TT 3.2L or Audi A3 3.2L models.
