The Milltek Sport SSXVW168 is a non-resonated, R32-style cat-back exhaust system engineered to enhance your vehicle's sound and aesthetics. Designed as a direct replacement for the original exhaust, it features 2.75-inch (69.85mm) pipework and dual 100mm GT100 polished tips, delivering a louder, more aggressive exhaust note. Milltek Sport's exhaust systems are developed to provide a sporty and crisp tone without inducing cabin resonance or drone. A crucial requirement for installation is the fitment of an R32 rear valance. This system is specifically designed for the Volkswagen Golf GTi Mk5 2.0T FSI models from 2004-2009. The estimated fitting time is 1.00 to 1.50 hours, with an additional 0.5 to 1.0 hours for valance fitting.
