This cold air intake is specifically designed for various models of the Nissan R35 GT-R, including the 2009-2011 (CBA), 2012-2016 (DBA), 2017-2019 (Facelift DBA / “EBA”), and 2020-2025 (4BA) model years. While AMS believes this product may be CARB EO exemption applicable or comply with EPA's Anti-Tampering Policy, it has not undergone the required testing and administrative processes. Therefore, it is not available for purchase for emissions-controlled vehicles in California or for shipping to California addresses unless an AMS Race Waiver form is completed.
