Constructed from CAD-designed billet aircraft aluminum (T6061), the pulley is built for strength and durability. It features a metal sleeve on the main crank pulley to ensure a positive seal. Weighing in at a mere 2.35 lbs, it is significantly lighter than the factory pulley, which weighs 6.17 lbs. The design prioritizes a fully balanced, super light, and exceptionally strong component.
