The 034 Motorsport R460 Hybrid Turbocharger System is a comprehensive upgrade designed for the 8V Audi S3 and MkVII Volkswagen Golf R 2.0 TFSI (MQB) models. At the core of the R460 system is the LOBA LO462-EA888 Turbocharger, manufactured in Germany. This hybrid unit features a state-of-the-art billet compressor wheel and CNC-machined compressor and turbine housings for optimal airflow. The system also includes 034Motorsport's specialized performance software, which refines the factory ECU's boost, fueling, and timing maps. This software aims to maximize the potential of the LO462-EA888 turbocharger, with peak boost ranging from 24-26 PSI tapering to 22 PSI by a new 7,200 RPM redline. Enhancements to throttle mapping are also included for improved part-throttle precision. Installation is designed as a complete bolt-on replacement for factory components, with no internal engine modifications or fueling system changes required. The R460 system is tested to be safe for factory engine internals. The package includes the LO462-EA888 Turbocharger, a CNC-machined billet aluminum compressor inlet, 034Motorsport R460 Performance Software, BERU Z345 Spark Plugs, and all necessary gaskets and O-rings for installation. Required supporting modifications for this system include a performance downpipe, performance intercooler, and a performance air intake.
