Overview

The Racingline R600 is a sophisticated cold-air intake system designed for MQB-platform 1.8T and 2.0 TSI EA888.3 engines. Hand-built in the UK to OEM standards, it features a large Trifoam® filter that doubles the surface area of the factory filter, providing airflow support for up to 600hp.

The R600 intake utilizes CFD-developed, twin front intakes to achieve lower intake temperatures. Its airbox is molded from factory-specification PU Polyurethane, offering excellent heat insulation and durability, while retaining all original factory mounting points for a precise fit.

The Racingline R600 is a premium cold-air intake system engineered for MQB-platform vehicles equipped with 1.8T and 2.0 TSI EA888.3 engines. This intake is meticulously hand-built in the UK, adhering to strict OEM standards for materials, workmanship, and detailing, ensuring a factory-like fit and longevity. Developed using F1-standard CFD programs, the R600 intake boasts exceptional airflow capabilities, supporting power outputs of up to 600hp without restriction. This performance is achieved through a combination of a massive airbox volume and a significantly larger filter surface area. The Trifoam® filter, which doubles the standard surface area, is crucial for meeting the high airflow demands of modified engines. Key design features include twin CFD-optimized front intakes that extend across the vehicle's front to draw in cooler air, thereby lowering intake temperatures. The substantial airbox is constructed from PU Polyurethane, chosen for its superior heat-insulation properties and robust durability. This material helps maintain lower airbox temperatures and withstand various environmental conditions. The system integrates seamlessly with the original factory drain tube and SAI pipe connection. The R600 system utilizes factory mounting points for straightforward installation and a secure fit.
