The RacingLine R600 EVO Trifoam® is a sophisticated cold-air intake system designed for MQB and MQB Evo models with 2.0 TSI Gen.3 and Gen.4 engines that utilize the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system. Hand-built in the UK to OEM standards, it features a large Trifoam® filter that doubles the surface area of the standard filter. This design provides significant airflow capabilities to support power outputs of up to 600hp.

The RacingLine R600 EVO Trifoam® represents a sophisticated cold-air intake system meticulously crafted for MQB and MQB Evo models equipped with 2.0 TSI Gen.3 and Gen.4 engines, specifically those employing the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) system. Hand-built in the UK to exacting OEM standards for materials, workmanship, and detailing, this intake system aims to optimize engine performance. Central to the R600 EVO's design is its oversized Trifoam® filter, which boasts double the surface area of the factory filter. This substantial increase in filter surface area allows for significantly higher airflow, supporting power outputs of up to 600hp without imposing restrictions. The large airbox is constructed from factory-specification PU Polyurethane, chosen for its excellent heat-insulating properties, which helps maintain lower airbox temperatures and ensures durability across various conditions. Every factory mounting point is preserved to ensure a precise, factory-like fit. RacingLine emphasizes that this R600 EVO model includes the Trifoam® filter unit, known for its highest airflow among filter types, enabling the best possible power delivery for extended periods. As with any high-performance part, regular maintenance of the filter is recommended to ensure optimal performance. The quality of the carbon weave and finish of the lid is noted as exceptional, with a sophisticated matte finish also available.
