Overview

The Racingline R600 is an air intake system designed for specific 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.3B engines equipped with a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). It features a large, sealed airbox that draws cooler external air for improved engine performance. The system includes a Trifoam® filter with a custom-machined aluminum adapter for direct mounting to the factory MAF housing.

The Racingline R600 is a sophisticated, high-flow cold air intake system designed for MQB and MQB EVO platforms. It utilizes a giant filter unit and twin front intakes that span the car's front, aiming to lower intake temperatures and deliver significant power gains. This airbox is precision-engineered and UK-molded to factory specifications, ensuring a perfect fit by retaining all original mounting points. Buyers can choose between a Trifoam® filter, known for its excellent initial power output but less dust-loading capacity, or a Pleated Cotton filter for a different filtration characteristic. Both filter types are hand-made in the UK. Additionally, a new Matte or Gloss Carbon Fibre lid option is available for enhanced aesthetics. This intake system is CFD-developed for optimal airflow and is confirmed to fit a wide range of Volkswagen, Audi, and SEAT models equipped with 2.0 TSI engines, specifically those using the EA888.3, EA888.4, and Gen.3B '190PS' engines. Crucially, this specific version, VWR12G7R602, is designed exclusively for vehicles equipped with a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). It is essential to verify that your vehicle uses a MAF sensor before ordering, as incorrect fitment may occur if your vehicle does not have this sensor.
