The RacingLine R600 is a sophisticated air intake system designed for MQB-platform Audi and Volkswagen vehicles with 1.8T or 2.0 TSI EA888.3 engines. Hand-built in the UK to OEM standards, it features a large Trifoam filter that doubles the standard surface area, providing airflow for up to 600hp. The intake system includes CFD-optimized front intakes for lower air temperatures and a large airbox volume.

The RacingLine R600 Air Intake System is a premium induction solution engineered for MQB-platform vehicles equipped with 1.8T and 2.0 TSI EA888.3 engines. Developed with F1-standard CFD programs, this system is designed to provide significant power gains on uprated cars. Constructed with OEM-standard materials and precision, the R600 intake features a UK-molded airbox made from factory-specification PU Polyurethane, offering excellent heat insulation and durability. The system incorporates twin CFD-optimized front intakes that extend across the car's front to help reduce intake air temperatures. Its enormous airbox volume houses a giant domed filter, which is double the surface area of the factory filter, ensuring airflow capabilities to support power outputs of up to 600hp without restriction. Thoughtful details include a connection to the original factory drain tube and an SAI pipe connection. The R600 system utilizes a giant Trifoam filter unit, meticulously hand-made in the UK, to meet the airflow demands of high-performance applications.
